September 9th, 2019


Today my meditation practice took more effort. My mind wandered much more than the last time. This might be because I'm more tired or because I didn't sleep well, so my body hurts in some places.

But I was always able to come back to my breath. I always remembered to come back and it didn't take much for me to re-focus.

My thoughts were about a lot of things, mainly code-related. I'm developing a library and ideas kept creeping into my train of thought.

It was a good experience over all.

My plans for today are to sit down for a moment to re-assess my life projects and get them organized, then start a stream (not sure about the topic yet) and get some exercise at some point during the day.
